How Do I Place An Order?


Pick out your gear and add it to your cart. Then you will have to go through the  credit card and shipping process.

Payment and Shipping


We accept all major credit cards. All shipments will ship within 5 business days. Shipping costs will vary for purchases made outside of the United States. All purchases shipped inside the United States will cost $7.95.

International orders may require a customs handling charge upon delivery to your specific country.  The buyer is required to pay this fee as there is nothing we can do to avoid it.

Pre-Orders


How to Place a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order you place prior to the official release date of a product. This option is often available for limited editions. You place a pre-order by entering all your details as if you were ordering the item, but you will neither receive the item nor be charged at this time. Your account will be debited when we're ready to deliver your item. At that time, you will receive an email confirming the order.

Why should I pre-order an item?

Pre-ordering ensures you will receive one of the items which you so desire. Waiting until the product is officially released may decrease your chances of purchasing the item, especially if its production is limited.

Why does my pre-order checkout experience look different?

To take pre-orders, Speck Gear is using our trusted third-party provider, Celery. In order to take advantage of Celery's pre-order system, things look a little different, but we promise your data and your stuff is still with The Specktators Collective.

How do I know that I have successfully placed my order?

If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Will you ship all of my pre-ordered items together?

Pre-ordered items will ship when we receive them at our warehouse. We do not hold orders to ship multiple pre-ordered items together.

Can I combine an order that contains a pre-order with other Speck Gear merchandise?

Not at this time.

When will I be charged?

We will process payments and ship the products when we receive them at our studio. You will receive a confirmation email after you are charged. Please note that The Specktators Collective is not responsible for any possible overdraft fees on your bank account due to an early arrival of a pre-order.

How accurate is the shipping date on the product page?

We strive to keep the expected date of arrival as up-to-date as possible. But because we don't have control over the production of these products, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice.

Can I modify or cancel a preorder?

Yes, pre-ordered items can be modified or cancelled before the item ships. Be sure to have your order number, which you received in a confirmation email, and go to Order Lookup on Celery, our trusted third-party provider.

What is your return policy on pre-ordered items?

The same as any other item ordered from our Speck Gear store.

How will my pre-order be shipped?

All pre-orders are shipped using our Standard shipping methods once the item has been received at our warehouse

 

Returns & Refunds


Returns can be made if clothing is sent back with receipt and is within 21 days of arrival. Refunds will be put back on the credit card that was used for the original purchase.  If clothing has been washed or was at all tampered with, we will not grant you a return.
